Imagine a world where Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr never went their separate ways and instead chose to work together, towards a better future for both themselves and mutantkind.

Now is that time.

In 2008 'The Academy' was born, a school for mutants, run by mutants with both Charles and Erik as Headmasters.

The school itself accepts all mutants, from varying backgrounds and lifestyles. Education and lessons are structured around the students themselves, providing them with different ways to learn depending on which Headmaster's approach would work best for them. Some students learn better with Charles and others have been found to respond better to Erik.

There are no good and bad sides in 'The Academy' there is only different.

The school has a deep rooted rivalry, between the two differing student bodies. This rivalry is further encouraged during sports days, team activities, and academic pursuits. But students take classes together, go on field trips and attend Danger Room sessions specifically geared up to their particular power. No one person is any better than anyone else, everybody is still learning and coming to terms with their powers, helped along by their Headmasters and teachers put in place to educate them.
